I think its a questions a lot of people ask, and probably not even half of the people can answer it.
But I know that I like food but I know when to stop or know when it just becomes overeating, I eat food because I know its good for my body to have certain nutrients that are good for us, but I also like to know that I am in good shape and not overweights, so that give at least me motivation to not live to eat. because I know everybody likes to look good but everybody also likes to eat. I think its healthy to have a balance between eating and just wanting to eat all the time, but also the balance in the way that you should enjoy your food and not just eat to rush to work.
